Organisation of visual art competitions

The Artists’ Association of Finland has adopted the rules for art competitions. Artists of the member unions of the association are required to comply with the rules in order to be eligible to participate in the competition or to serve on the competition jury. According to the rules, a competition is any situation in which two or more artists are simultaneously requested to produce a proposal for the a planned work of art.
