Advisory services

The association offers its union members advice on questions related to the profession of the visual artist. Issues covered include agreements, taxation and disputes.

Artists who need advice can contact the Executive Director of the association, tel. +358 (0)40 775 2715, who can direct the artist to a lawyer, if necessary.

Taking exhibitions abroad

Artists belonging to the member unions of the Artists’ Association can acquire an ATA Carnet merchandise passport through the association when taking artworks outside the European Union. The artists are also provided advice in all issues concerning transportation and customs clearance of works.
