Tampereen Taiteilijaseuran ylläpitämässä Takahuhdin Taidekeskuksen residenssissä on vapaita aikoja syyskuusta 2026 alkaen.

Tampereen Taiteilijaseura vuokraa asuin- ja työskentelytilaa vieraileville taiteilijoille ja kuraattoreille Takahuhdin Taidekeskuksesta (Kirjavaisenkatu 17, Tampere). Rakennuksen omistaa Tampereen kaupunki. Tällä hetkellä residenssissä on vapaita aikoja syyskuusta 2026 eteenpäin.

Vuokrahinnat asunnolle ja ateljeelle yhteensä: 504 €/kk (1 henkilö) ja 546 €/kk (2-3 henkilöä), 315 €/2 viikkoa. Varausmaksu 100 € laskutetaan heti varauksen jälkeen 1 kk tai sitä pidemmistä vuokra-ajoista. Alle kahden viikon ajoista voi tiedustella ja ne sovitaan tarpeen mukaan. Peruutustapauksessa varausmaksua ei palauteta. 
Residenssin studio käsittää vajaat 40 m2 valoisaa tilaa, jossa on työpöytä ja maalausteline. Residenssin viereistä projektitilaa (35m2) pystyy vuokraamaan marraskuusta alkaen käyttöönsä tarvittaessa lisätilana. Residenssin asunnossa on kolme huonetilaa. Makuuhuoneesta löytyy parisänky sekä sen yhteydessä on pieni alkovi, jossa on yksi sänky. Erillisessä makuuhuoneessa on yhden hengen sänky ja työpöytä. Keittiössä on ruokapöytä ja tuolit, astiakaappi ja tiskiallas, pyykinpesukone, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja astioita. Residenssistä löytyy WC, mutta suihkut sijaitsevat residenssin ulkopuolella samassa rakennuksessa. Vuokraan sisältyy langaton nettiyhteys, liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

The residency of the Takahuhti Art Centre, maintained by the Tampere Artists' Association, has open residency periods from September 2026 onwards.

The Tampere Artists' Association rents living and working space for visiting artists and curators at the Takahuhti Art Centre (Kirjavaisenkatu 17, Tampere). The building is owned by the City of Tampere. At the moment, there are available periods at the residency from September 2026 onwards.

Rental prices for the apartment and studio in total: 504 €/month (1 person) and 546 €/month (2-3 people), 315 €/2 weeks. The reservation fee of 100 € will be charged immediately after the reservation for rental periods of 1 month or more. Rents for periods of less than two weeks can be sidcussed separetly and according to the situation. In case of cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded. 
The residency's studio consists of just under 40 m2 of bright space with a desk and an easel. The project space (35m2) next to the residence can be rented from November onwards as additional space if necessary. The residence apartment has three rooms. The bedroom has a double bed and a small alcove with one bed. The separate bedroom has a single bed and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a cupboard and sink, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and dishes. There is a toilet in the residence, but the showers are located outside the residence in the same building. The rent includes wireless internet access, bed linen and towels.

The Mältinranta Art Centre (Kuninkaankatu 2), maintained by the Tampere Artists' Association, also has graphic and metal workshops and a ceramics kiln, which can be rented according to the associationss price list. More information: https://tampereen-taiteilijaseura.fi/en/workspaces/
