Galleria 5 on Oulun Taiteilijaseuran ylläpitämä taidegalleria Oulun ydinkeskustassa. 

Hakuaika koko vuodelle 2027 on avoinna 1.3.-30.4.2026. Vuoden 2027 näyttelyistä ei peritä taiteilijoilta näyttelymaksua. Haku on suunnattu visuaalisen alan ammattitaiteilijoille.

Galleria 5 sijaitsee Oulun kuvataiteen talossa. Galleria 5 on 62 m² kokoinen ja muodostuu kolmesta huoneesta. Seinäpinnat ovat valkoiset ja lattia harmaata linoleumia. Huonekorkeus on keskimäärin 2 metriä 80 cm. Ikkunat on pimennettävissä rullaverhoin. Galleriassa on laadukkaat LED-valot. 

Näyttelyaika on pääsääntöisesti neljä viikkoa. Näyttelyt ovat avoinna yleisölle ke-pe klo 12-18 ja la-su 12-16. Paikalla on aina asiantuntevaa henkilökuntaa. Galleria 5 tarjoaa hyvät puitteet niin yksityis- kuin ryhmänäyttelyillekin.

Galleria 5 on taiteilijalle näyttelymaksuton vuonna 2027. Näyttelypalkkion maksamiseksi haetaan avustusta Museovirastolta. Näyttelypalkkio maksetaan vain, jos avustus myönnetään. Työkorvauksena maksettava palkkio on enintään 500 € / näyttely. 
Gallerian tarjoamiin palveluihin sisältyy mm. tilat ja niiden ylläpito, valaistuksen rakentaminen, markkinointia ja tiedotusta taiteilijan laatiman aineiston pohjalta, näyttelyn valvonta ja teosten myynti, asiakaspalvelu ja yleisöesittelyt. Myydyistä teoksista Oulun Taiteilijaseura perii 25 % + alv. myyntiprovision (yhteensä n. 31% myyntihinnasta).

Vapaamuotoiseen hakemukseen on sisällytettävä:

* 5 kpl teoskuvia
* Ansioluettelo.
* Toive näyttelyn ajankohdasta
Galleria 5:n näyttelyiden teokset eivät saa olla esillä muissa yksityisnäyttelyissä Oulussa edellisen vuoden tai 2027 aikana.

Galleria 5 Open call for 2027 

Galleria 5 is an art gallery located in the heart of Oulu and maintained by the Oulu Artists´ Association. The application period for the entire year 2027 is open from March 1st to April 30th 2026. Artists will not be charged an exhibition fee for exhibitions in 2027. Open call is for professional visual artists.

Galleria 5 is located in the House of Visual Arts. Galleria 5 is 62 m² in size and consists of three rooms altogether. The walls are white and the floor is gray linoleum. The room height is on average 2 meters 80 cm and the windows can be darkened with roller blinds. The gallery has high-quality LED lights. The exhibition period is generally four weeks  Exhibitions are open to the public Wed-Fri 12-18 and Sat-Sun 12-16. There is always staff on site. Galleria 5 offers a good setting for both solo and group exhibitions.

Galleria 5 will be free of exhibition fees for artists in 2027. A grant will be applied for from the Finnish Heritage Agency to pay a exhibition fee for the artist. The exhibition fee will only be paid if the grant is awarded. The fee paid would be maximum of 500€ /exhibition.

The services offered by the gallery include, among others, gallery space and the maintenance, lighting construction and marketing based on the material prepared by the artist. It also includes exhibition supervision and sale of artworks, customer service and public presentations. The Oulu Artists´ Association charges a 25% + VAT sales commission for sold artworks (a total of approx. 31% of the sales price).

The application must include:
*A written description of the exhibition plan
*5 images of the work
*A curriculum vitae
*Request for the exhibition date
The works in the Galleria 5 exhibitions must not have been on display in other exhibitions in Oulu during the previous year or 2027.

The exhibitions will be selected by the exhibition committee of the Oulu Artists' Association. The results of the selection will be announced on the association's website www.artoulu.fi
